Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is placed with an incorrect or incomplete address, Love Wigs & Extensions is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Love Wigs & Extensions is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be available depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
